Overview

Thank you for shopping with Humor in Uniform. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every t-shirt purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of t-shirts purchased through our store for customers in the United States.

Return Eligibility

Timeframe

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective t-shirts must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Condition of Items

  • T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • T-shirts must be in their original packaging with all tags attached

Return Process

  1. CONTACT US FIRST: Please contact our customer service team before returning any t-shirts. We may be able to resolve your issue without requiring a return.
  2. RETURN ADDRESS: Returns should be sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility. Upon contacting us, you will receive specific return instructions.
  3. SHIPPING COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).
  4. REFUND TIMELINE: Once we receive your returned t-shirt, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The Following Items cannot be returned

  • T-shirts made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Shipments

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if applicable).
  • If you haven’t registered an account and provided a billing method, any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and may be donated to charity.

Exchanges

For size exchanges or if you’d like a different t-shirt design, you will need to place a new order at your expense and return the original item for a refund.

Discretionary Rights

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion, particularly if any of the above conditions are not met.

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
